研究方向研究室特色
本研究室之研究主題有二:

  • 一、眼角膜幹細胞之增殖與分化。

本主題主要研究轉錄因子△NP63及TAP63調節角膜幹細胞分化的機制,並進一步研究△NP63在幹細胞中的表現如何被調節。角膜幹細胞位於輪部上皮的基底層,這些細胞強烈的表達△NP63,但當這些幹細胞進行分裂並分化而向角膜方向移動時,△NP63的表達便下降甚至消失。故此等細胞相當適合研究△NP63/TAP63的細胞功能及其基因表現之調節機制。已發表之相關之論文:

  • 二、研究resveratrol之生物作用。

Resveratrol(RSV)是一天然的抗氧化劑,在近10年來,眾多的研究發現RSV具有多樣化的生物作用,包括抗癌、抗衰老、改善能量代謝等。我們於2005年最先發現RSV具有緩解糖尿病鼠高血糖、高血脂的作用,之後我們展開了一系列相關的研究,期望能了解RSV抗糖尿病的機理,並探討其用以改善糖尿病能量代謝異常的可能性。已發表之相關論文:
