Lab & Research Interest

Applying different types of machine learning algorithms, including random forest and neural networks, to better classify clinical data as well as genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic data to understand the biological implications behind clinical features and disease mechanisms. Population genetics allows further understanding the selection of traits and their functions in populations.
