研究方向及研究室特色:(2021.4更新) 研究題目: Drug discovery against RNA viruses 研究方向: 1.我們實驗室從事抗病毒中藥與小分子藥物的開發,希望從臨床中藥複方或單味中藥,來開發與篩選具抗流行性感冒病毒、新冠病毒與腸病毒的抑制藥物,並研究其機轉,以因應可能爆發之疫情。 2. 利用定量蛋白質體學技術/高通量次世代定序,鑑定藥物之靶標蛋白質,透過miRNA/lncRNA表現差異,誘發訊號傳遞,了解宿主-病毒的相互調控,並研究其相關的抗病毒機制。 |
