我們研究的目標是：1）闡明肝病的分子基礎，包括腫瘤的發生，發展，侵襲和轉移，以及腸道菌群在調節宿主對肝病的代謝和免疫反應中的作用及臨床運用； 2） 改善當前針對肝癌和疾病的治療方法； 3）預防慢性肝炎患者發生肝癌，例如病毒性肝炎，酒精性肝病和代謝相關性肝病。 使用的研究平台包括基因組學，蛋白質組學，代謝組學，分子和細胞生物學，免疫學和動物模型。
