Brief introduction：

Our immune system is designed to protect our body from foreign intruders. However, aberrant immune responses can mistake self-antigen and lead to autoimmune anarchy. Some immune cells are known to play a role in abating the immune surveillance against tumors, some cause immune disorientation and result in a variety of diseases. A key to restore our immune balance and speed up disease recovery may rely on tiny molecules such as HIF-1 and nutrients. Herein, I introduce you the role of immunometabolism ----a novel way to mitigate autoimmune nephritis, transplant rejection, and renal fibrosis such as UUO model etc
