癌症為複雜之疾病為深入了解癌症進展、耐藥機制並製定精準醫學治療策略以提高治療效果。我們實驗室發展由血液、腫瘤組織或液體樣本中建立患者來源腫瘤細胞培養系統，透過患者來源細胞分析腫瘤行為、機轉分析和臨床藥物療效評估工具，以實踐癌症個人化精準醫療。 透過細胞和生物訊息學模型生成來識別癌症相關分子和機制，並旨在識別潛在的生物標誌物和治療靶點。
